All HdM students can take part in stufe. Previous knowledge of technology or editing is not a prerequisite. These are taught internally in the tutorial and through learning-by-doing. For the first time, students are given the opportunity to acquire editorial and technical skills in the production of television programs and put them directly into practice.
Every month or so, the contributions from the various editorial and production teams are combined into a 30-minute program. The results are impressive: around 2,000 clicks per program confirm the steadily growing interest.
The content of the individual programs is very diverse. It starts with reports on student life, events in and around Stuttgart and lifestyle and music are not neglected either. Various specials such as short films and studio productions are just as much a part of the program as the odd competition.
